Form 1 recently went on a trip to the Royal Gunpowder Mills to explore a Victorian Christmas. Highlights of the day were playing parlour games, screen painting a design for a card, making a decoration and all that we learnt about Victorian traditions.
The staff at the venue spoke highly of the children’s behaviour and were so impressed by their knowledge which made Mrs Eggleton and Miss Taylor very proud. We were fortunate to have fantastic parents assist us who entered into the
spirit of the day brilliantly.
