Assistant Site Manager – To commence September 2025

We are seeking a reliable, practical, and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team from September 2025. This is a flexible role, initially based around support on Thursdays and Fridays, helping to ensure the smooth running, safety, and upkeep of the school premises and grounds throughout the year.
There is scope for additional involvement on other days and during school holidays, depending on availability and school needs. We are looking for someone interested in growing within the role, with a view to gradually taking on more responsibility and eventually stepping into the Site Manager position within one to two academic years.
We are seeking someone experienced and hands-on, ideally with a background in site maintenance or a trade such as plumbing/electrical etc. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to our high standards of presentation, safety and ongoing site improvement.
