On Saturday, 9th June, the School swimming team went to Riverside to compete in a swimming gala.
Our team was made up of 8 children from Year 6 and 3 Year 5 girls.
The team started strongly with a few wins and altogether in the individual races the team was in a good position.
We then went into the relays where in the medley we came 2nd and 1st in the freestyle relays.
The squadron relay was the last race of the competition, with 8 people racing.
We won our category, which was amazing! Well done to all the swimmers.
