Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – April 2026
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and bring enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine commitment to Early Years education, with children’s wellbeing, development, and progress at the heart of everything they do.
You will be a supportive and reliable team player, working closely and collaboratively with the class teacher to plan and enhance engaging learning experiences. A strong love of the outdoors is essential, as the role is significantly based outside, supporting children’s learning through exploration, play, and purposeful provision. The successful candidate will take pride in caring for and developing our outdoor learning environment and feel confident delivering high-quality learning in all weathers.
