Part time Assistant Site Manager – To commence August/September 2025

2 days a week plus possible additional hours and flexibility

 

We are looking for a reliable, practical and motivated assistant site manager to join our team from August/September 2025. The successful applicant will initially work two full days per week (Thursdays and Fridays 7am – 5pm), supporting the smooth running, safety and upkeep of the school premises and grounds all year round.  There may be a possibility to work additional hours 3 – 6pm on Mondays to Wednesdays and additional days in the school holidays. The ideal candidate will be wishing to increase hours over a period of time, leading to taking over from the existing site manager within one to two academic years.

We are seeking someone experienced and hands-on, ideally with a background in site maintenance or a trade such as plumbing/electrical etc. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to our high standards of presentation, safety and ongoing site improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and external contractors to help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality across our beautiful school site.
