We had a fantastic day at Kentwell Hall in Long Melford on June 14th. Form 5 have been studying the Tudors in our history lessons and we got to be Tudors for the day. We dressed up as Tudors and spent the day speaking in Old English. We met Tudor: cooks, carpenters, gardeners, archers, dancers, musicians, brewers, herbalists and the family that own the house. We really did spend the day being a Tudor and seeing how a Tudor house was run.
