We are delighted to invite you to join us for a fun-filled evening at this year’s Summer Charity Ball in support of YoungMinds – the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people’s mental health.
The ball is being held on Saturday 6th June at Pontlands Park Hotel. It’s a black tie event with a 3-course dinner, live music, DJ, raffle, auction and entertainment.
Tickets are £65 per person. To purchase, please complete the booking form below and return by email to penny10doyle@btinternet.com. Alternatively, forms can be returned to the school office, where you can also obtain a hard copy. Each table will have 10 guests, please list everyone on your table if known at this time. If you are unable to fill a table, we will happily make up full tables.
We would like to extend a special thank you to parents who have already sponsored the event through their business, and to those who have donated auction or raffle prizes. Business sponsors will be formally acknowledged on the night and will receive local media coverage. If you would like to become a sponsor or contribute a prize, please speak to a member of the year 6 Ball Committee. We are extremely grateful for any support you can offer.
We are planning a great night of fun, laughter and dancing with all funds raised going to a fantastic charity.
